Water Collage

This painted paper collage is devoted to water and was inspired by the art and story in the book “They Call Me River” by Maciek Albrecht.
This is a two-part project.
In the first part, artists will create painted papers with a variety of cool colors in different values and add texture with different tools.
In the second part, artists will create a layered collage resembling water by tearing, cutting, and gluing the painted papers they made earlier.
