Studio Sprout hosts private, customized art parties for children 2-10 Years.

Parties are traditionally scheduled on the weekends between 10am and 5pm. Each family gets a two hour slot and can arrive up to 30 minutes early for set-up.

If you’d like a weekday party, please ask. We will do our best to accommodate your needs as long as the studio is available.

Pricing:

• $400 covers the first 10 kids + supplies
• Up to six additional children can be added for $25 each for a maximum party size of 16 kids.
• Frame the Project! Send home framed art for an additional flat fee of $40
• Children under 18 months and older than 13 years are free
• Each child will take home an art project they created

Parties run for two hours and include:

• 1 Art project & 1 sensory activity (customized to the age level and theme desired)
• Time for food and refreshments
• Playtime in our garden at a variety of exploratory stations

We provide:

• All art supplies
• Table for food and table for gifts with table cloths
• Cooler (if needed)
• Party preparation and clean-up

You provide:

• Food, drinks and dessert
• Plates, cups, utensils
• Party favors (optional)

A deposit of $200 is required to reserve a party slot. This deposit covers 50% of the base fee.

This deposit must be paid three weeks before the party.

You will confirm your best guess for the number of children attending the party a week before so that supplies can be prepared.

The balance owed may be paid the day of the party or before.

You will only be charged for the number of kids who attend past the base fee of $400 which covers the first ten children.

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund your deposit if we are able to book another party in your time slot.
