Agamographs
(2nd-5th | 2×60 min)
In this lesson, artists will learn how to make an Agamograph, also known as a lenticular, which is both optical art and kinetic art. Artists will draw two contrasting pictures, and by alternating strips of each artwork on an accordion fold structure, the image will appear to change when viewed at different angles. This STEAM activity combines art, math, science, engineering and tons of fun!
Each lesson comes with a step-by-step art video tutorial and downloadable lesson plan designed to make teaching easy and learning fun.
