When we use natural items in art, like leaves, flowers, or toy bugs and animals, we are reminded of the beauty and wonder of the world around us. This can inspire us to be more mindful of nature and to take steps to protect it.
Use this project as a great excuse to get outside and collect items or use things you find in your own backyard or school. Or dig into your collection of small figures and objects like plastic bugs, seashells, or anything else with interesting texture that can be captured.
