In this lesson, artists will design and sew a soft felt fidget that encourages tactile exploration through interactive play. While learning basic sewing skills, they will create a functional object inspired by something that brings them comfort or joy. Along the way, they’ll strengthen fine motor skills and explore how art can support focus and self-regulation.
