Cardboard Relief Collage
(2nd-5th | 60 min)
Artists will create a relief sculpture by layering painted cardboard to build a dynamic collage. They’ll experiment with open composition by breaking the edges of the frame and choose between abstract designs or figurative art. Using the pay-it-forward process, students can paint, cut, and assemble their textured sculptures in just one class period.
Each lesson comes with a step-by-step art video tutorial and downloadable lesson plan designed to make teaching easy and learning fun.
