Class Cancellation Policy
A $10 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
Cancel at least two weeks before the class start date to receive a full refund, minus the $10 administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the class start date are eligible for a refund only if your spot can be filled. If your spot is filled, your refund will be issued minus the $10 administrative fee.
Make-up Policy
Make-up classes may be scheduled anytime during the same session, as space allows.
Classes missed during the final week of a session may be made up during the first week of the following session.
If you miss your scheduled make-up class or do not attend without notice, the make-up class is forfeited.
It is the family’s responsibility to schedule make-up classes.
